When a customer requests a custom designed web site, we utilize our own unique 3 X 3 process for design.  We take anything a customer can provide:  graphics, pictures, colors, logos, etc., and then have our graphics team create a "plan".  We then present the customer with three different concepts for a design.  The customer then chooses which of these three concepts they like, then they get to choose three changes to that particular concept.
