
Utopia Net, Inc. is proud to announce our new “E-Service Center”, a comprehensive Online Self Service and Support Center for our customers.
We have combined our world-class technical support with the ‘next generation’ of online self-help centers to bring our customers this new service solution. Our new center now provides customers with quick answers and step by step tutorials to their most commonly ask questions.
The new “e-Service Center” also permits customers to open a “Support Ticket” which instantly alerts a Technical Support Agent. All support tickets have real time tracking so customers know at all times where they are in the process of getting a solution to their problem.
Customers will have the ability to view invoices online and save them in PDF format. Customers will also have the ability to pay online with a Credit Card.
